About Steadyworks

Steadyworks is a data research lab powering the next generation of AI. We partner with frontier AI labs to build expert-grade datasets, RL environments, and RL/evaluation infrastructure that improve the capabilities of state-of-the-art models. Our team built frontier models and products at Meta MSL, Google Research, Autodesk, and other leading frontier labs. We're now looking for our founding GTM leader to help bring our products to every frontier AI lab.

What you'll do

You'll work directly with the founders to build the customer-facing side of the company from zero.

• Build trusted relationships with frontier AI labs and research organizations
• Drive adoption of our off-the-shelf datasets, benchmarks, RL environments, and other products
• Discover customer needs and translate them into product direction
• Lead outbound, partnerships, conferences, technical marketing, launches, and PR
• Help define pricing, packaging, positioning, and long-term GTM strategy
• Become the voice of our customers inside the company

How we work

At an early-stage company, GTM, technical, and product decisions are deeply intertwined. We expect this role to spend significant time understanding researchers, identifying emerging trends, and influencing what we build next.

We're looking for someone who

• Has existing relationships with frontier AI labs, foundation model teams, or leading AI startups
• Has worked in a highly technical GTM, product, partnerships, or business development role
• Understands modern LLMs, post-training, RL, agents, and frontier model development
• Can communicate naturally with AI researchers and engineering leaders
• Can identify implicit customer needs from technical conversations, not just collect feature requests
• Is excited to build a category from 0 to 1

Particularly strong backgrounds

• Early GTM or business development at AI infrastructure companies
• Product or GTM leadership at similar companies
• Technical founders with strong commercial instincts
• Former AI researchers or engineers who moved into customer-facing roles
