About Steadyworks

Steadyworks is a data research lab powering the next generation of AI. We partner with frontier AI labs to build expert-grade datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and evaluation infrastructure that improve state-of-the-art models. Our team previously built frontier AI systems at Meta, Google Research, Autodesk, and other leading organizations.

Who we're looking for

We keep the team small and hire generalists who compound. If you've built and shipped something real — a company, a research artifact, a widely used piece of software — and you want to work on the data layer of frontier AI, we'd like to hear from you.

• Former founders (successful or not) who want to build again inside a small team
• Engineers or researchers with a track record of shipping ambitious work end to end
• Domain experts in coding, ML research, CAD, or other frontier fields we haven't listed yet
• People who read our site and know exactly what they'd want to work on here
